Shipping policy
Since Dirty Twirl is a small two-person business, that handcrafts and hand packages all of our products it can take 1-2 weeks to ship out orders. Where you are on our order list will determine when your order will go out. With that said, we do always try to ship faster, with most orders shipping within 5-7 days.
Transit/Delivery
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification along with tracking. Parcels are shipped out of Kelowna, BC. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after it is shipped out.
**Once your item is dispatched all shipping methods on the website are estimates and NOT a guaranteed time of delivery.

Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the item(s) weight. If you purchase multiple orders separately and they can be packed/ shipped out together at the same time, then the shipping charges will be combined and a refund will be issued for any shipping overage (if any applies over $5).
Import Duties and Fees
All import duties and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Address Info
Please double check that your shipping address has been entered correctly and is your current shipping address. If you need to change or add anything please email us as soon as possible with your full name and order #. Once a package has been dispatched and is in transit, I cannot make any updates or changes and can not help in a situation where your package has been delivered to a wrongly entered address.
Tracking
All orders are sent via tracked shipping. If your order tracking reads as DELIVERED, Dirty Twirl cannot be held responsible for mail theft. Claims for theft/ lost packages can be filed with the shipping provider.
Delays
In most cases, packages are delivered within the estimated carrier shipping times. Delays may happen due to events like severe weather, holiday post office closures and unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the final delivery of your package within the given timeframe. Transit delays are rare but do happen so your patience is greatly appreciated.
Taxes
All taxes currently included in the item listing price.
Cancellation
Once your order goes through, that item is reserved for you. We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. If a change needs to be made before a shipment is processed you need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will try to assist you.
In the event that an order has not been shipped out yet and a customer requests a refund due to "change of mind" there will be a $15.00 restocking fee to accommodate this.
